Alluminium VHA series

• Speed variators and motovariators TXC combined with in-line helical gear reducer HA.

Alluminium TXF Series

• 3 sizes with power from 0.15 to 2,2 kW with cases in die-cast aluminium alloy.
• Shafts: case hardened and tempered 20MnCr5 steel (UNI8550).
• Internal components: 100Cr6 heat-treated steel.
• Variation range: i=( rpm max/rpm min).
  • i=3,5 (TX005 / 080 engine- TX010/090 engine).
  • i=6 (TX005/71 engine - TX010/80 engine).
  • with differential: i=infinite. 
• Torque value max 12 Nm.
• Silent, vibration-free running.
• High efficiency.
• Bidirectional rotation.
• Control handwhel positionable on either side.
• Number of lost turn with motor 5% max.
• Regulation sensibility: 0,5 rpm.
• All the sizes are painted with Ral 5010 blue epoxy-polyester powder according to DIN 1843.

Cast Iron S Series

• 7 sizes with power from 0.15 to 9,2 kW with G200 grey cast iron.
• Shafts: case hardened and tempered 20MnCr5 steel (UNI8550).
• Internal components: 100Cr6 heat-treated steel.
• Variation range: i=( rpm max/rpm min).
  • i=5 for all other groups.
  • with differential: i=infinite.
• Torque value max 144 Nm.
• Silent, vibration-free running.
• High efficiency.
• Bidirectional rotation.
• Control handwhel positionable on either side.
